ASUS Anti Surge

Hi everyone, I am having issues with my ASUS Mobo as the PC has been restarting to "protect against anti-surge". On my BIOS, the 5V reading is always in red (going up to 5.8V and even 6V).

I have changed to a new PSU but problem still persists.
I have read online that the BIOS readings from ASUS can sometimes be not very reliable and it is okay to turn off the anti-surge protection warning.

This computer is about 4 years old and I bought a nVidia GTX 1050 2 years ago. I plan to retire it and plug it into my smart TV and let my mother use it for youtube and Netflix.

I won't be using this PC for gaming or running any data science stuff anymore. So I am just wondering if I can just turn off the anti-surge protection warning and use it solely for using Google Chrome to access Youtube and Netflix, will there be an issues? Thanks!

Asus Anti-surge feature is to protect the motherboard from
PSU failures as well as power trip and etc.
After you change PSU, clear CMOS or reset the BIOS see
whether the message appears or not.

Sometimes can be one of the wire not hook up properly.
Example molex to fan adapter, one of the pins came off
so maybe you want to check all wire connection.

You can turn off anti-surge but in an event like PSU failure
mobo can be affected.

I have cleared CMOS by removing the battery on my Mobo. Unlike other Mobos, mine don't seem to have the jumper to reset BIOS on board. The message still persists. I also don't see any wires that is causing issues on the Mobo. I turned off the message warning for now and it is just streaming Netflix. No issues.
Do you think the Mobo has issues already and it is only a matter of time when other parts start failing? So rather it is a power surge issue, it is a Mobo issue. It's a bit strange that after changing the PSU, the problem still persists.
