With so many tablets announced thus far, I would like to introduce one tablet that deserves more coverage than what its specs suggest, the Asus Eee Note EA800.
What's special about this tablet?
1) Black & White screen
2) Long battery life
3) Wacom digitizer
4) Available now
This device is aimed primarily at digital notetakers. However, the wacom digitizer allows people like myself to use it as a portable sketchbook. In this day and age, a b&w screen seems utterly backward, but this allows the Eee Note to boast a battery life of 10-13hrs, more than a full day's of work. Of course, an artist would find it hard to finish Mona Lisa on this thing, but it's not meant for finished work anyway.

Not available in SG, I had to purchase it from Taiwan, the only place where it's released (for now). Shipping was 10 USD, payment through Paypal, and it arrived in 4 days. Paid S$330 in total. At that pricepoint, no one can fight with the Eee Note.
Plus, it's not that hard to upgrade the capacity to 8 or 16gb, which I found out after fingers itchy and dismantled it....
