True. But almost all Asus cards look the same. All same design cooler. U cant recognise at once whether the card is a 760, or 770, or 780, or 660ti, or 670, or 660.

Hmm why would it matter?? The windforce has better cooling though. According to a gtx 670 comparison..

Yes it does matter. In a way where u spent so much on a ASUS GTX 670 TOP DCUII 4GB (for example), then your friend who knows a bit about these stuff comes to tell you "Hey, isnt this like the Asus 7850 DCUII that I own?" U feel like crying at that moment. Not because he hurt your pride, but more coz he hurt your wallet (if all Asus cards look the same, I buy so expensive one for what???)

Ok, as for warranty wise, Gigabyte is confirm CDL 3 years warranty. Asus one u needa confirm which distro to go to, coz Asus itself got so many distros (laptop got one, mobo got one, GPU got one, tablets got one, etc).
