was putting my laptop back in sleeve when i notice the underside screw for the ram compartment was missing. Upon further inspection i notice another screw for the body is also missing!

2 screws poping out for no reason and getting lost is ridiculous. Maybe somehow the ram compartment screw may hv fallen off but there is absolutely no reason for the body screw to fall off as well!?

my asus is an ultrabook and even if i unscrew the body screw it serves me no purpose bcos everything that can be touch is in the ram compartment door.

there are only 4 screws visible on my laptop (2 ram compartment 2 body) and i juz lost half :mad::mad:

can ask asus for 2 screws?

Shake your laptop lightly and listen for any sound caused by fallen screws.

IMO, you have to be aware where you place your laptop. Although laptop is designed to carry around, the screws have tolerance to vibration.

You can call them and ask for 2 screws. Probably you have to go down and take them yourself.
