As per title.

Looking for a work PC with onsite warranty :)

And can we add in a SSD on our own?

Not thinking of getting DIY system?

It is for work and the onsite warranty will be very very handy.

Would I be able to get more out of a DIY? The wireless charging, built-in UPS etc is very tempting on top of the warranty.

I suggest you bring your own SSD and request reseller open for you.

It's up to them to open casing for you.

THanks! I had a bad experience with Dell a long time ago. Hope they are better now!

You can tinker around with Dell and Lenovo website to see how much they both compare. Dell XPS default I believe is regular 1-yr onsite, but they have top-up for 3-yr NBD onsite. Lenovo ThinkStation iirc are 3-yr onsite by default.

Do note that Lenovo products that are not under the "Think" series are covered by an entirely different (& inferior) service division

Where can you find more info/prices on the ThinkStation? The SG Lenovo site is not very helpful.
