Recently upgraded to Z170 Pro Gaming. The new UEFI bios has many settings compared from the old AMI Bios.

What is the optimum setting to set or pay attention?

if you dont know anything, you should just stay with the defaults settings.
or go spend some time go google to understand the settings.

Good point. Sometimes I forgot I would say the same.
I only changed the graphic to GPU and PCIE to Gen3.

Just wondering better to use the "Normal" or "Asus Optimised"...

I doubt you will notice any difference. I stayed with most of the default BIOS settings until I had time to figure them out.

Since you're using non-K, go with Normal.

Any tweaks will not reap significant gains.

After you set the rest to normal, then Memory you enable XMP profile.
