Hello, may i know how you remove cover? As i know it can't remove. Thanks.

Just pull it off starting from the usb port at the bottom. The battery cover comes off like it does on the Padfone 2 or Galaxy S3.

Hi There,

Just to shared my Case solution for my Padfone2, see if anyone is interested :-

Casing for Pad Station, got it from a seller in ebay, cost about $42 including shipping, here is the link

Heat Setting Case for Asus Padfone 2 / 2 Gen Tablet Station + Stylus F02X | eBay

but since the item is from HK, it will takes about 3 weeks to arrived. you can check out taobao also for cheaper price.

here are the pictures:-

the built quality is quite good and u can see the 2 loops for my bluetooth stylus, i DIY using 2 Velcro Strips and made it into a loop and just tuck in inside the casing, can really secure the stylus.

For the Fone,

I just used a normal "pull up" Leather case i got from Toa Payoh central for $16 buck. fits just nicely.

total Damage : $42 + $16= $58.

How's the material for the case?
Is the inside good? How thick is it & how easy it is to take in and out?

Looking out for something for the fone since my moshi case is a little too short for it..

+1 to the question above and how is the heating issue for the tablet case? Will it heat up much more easily with the case as compared to without?

There are a few material to chose from, all at $16. some are harder and and some are of softer material, pulling up its not difficult.....can go down to the Handphones shop to test it out with the actual phone, they tied a sample of each leather pouch to the counter.

@ leo2003

Here are some steps with pic for the DIY Stylus holder...

using 2 velcro strips.
Make a loop, one bigger, one smaller. Bigger for the top part of the stylus and smaller for the lower part. u can use your stylus to gauge.

Stable down on the area indicated with a red arrow in the pic, this is to form the loop and secure it.
Double sided taped the inner of the rest of the velcro strip to make it flat.
Do take note the rougher side of the velcro(Velcro Hooks) should be facing out , this is to ensure gripping on the station later when we slot in.

Using your stylus, place the Velcro loops into the position where u feel that that the tightness is just right

P_20130116_110132_zpsd2872be7.jpg

remove the station on the right side of the cover,

P_20130116_110157_zpsd9cb42e3.jpg

Adjust to your preferred position.
Slot in the Stylus with the Velcro loops.

P_20130116_110219_zps1c907e62.jpg

Press down the station into the cover. There you go......Done.....
