I have been facing this scrolling issue on padfone 2.
When surfing the net on padfone 2 station using any browser, and simply scroll up and down the page with one finger, the scrolling does not work well, instead it keeps zooming in and out which is not what I intended.

Did not have this issue originally on android ver 4.0, it started to happen after I upgraded to 4.1. Anyone face this issue? Any resolution? Thanks.

Try to calibrate you touch screen their is a apk tool for that just download it from Asus website under utilities

The thing is, my phone was stolen 2 days ago, dunno how long to wait, cannot tahan live without smartphone

Thanks to darkvice, the cailbration tool solves the issue. Actually this is not just scrolling issue but a touch sensitivity issue that affects all touch operations.

For those who face this issue, do note that the download file on asus website is an rar file, at first I could not download it on the phone, end up I had to download it on a pc, unrar it and then transfer the apk file to the phone. Then run it.

Seems like I am having the same problem again. My phone just died on me again early this morning. It was ok around 5am coz that was when my phone alarm went off. Wanted to check my phone just now and realised that it was dead. And to think that this is the second time it has happened to me this year in less than 2 months. ASUS has changed the mb but dunno what went wrong coz it happened again.. Time to make a trip down again.

We have identified a compatibility issue with earlier versions of the PadFone 2 firmware which has caused the eMMC storage problems for a small number of users.

This issue has already been addressed by the 10.4.12.24 firmware which was recently released. As a precaution, we highly recommend all PadFone 2 users to perform an Over-The-Air (OTA) upgrade to this new firmware version as soon as possible.

Users may also send the PadFone 2 units to our customer service centre for a free hardware health check before 30 June 2013. You may find out more about this service by contacting our customer care hotline at +65 6415-7917.

Didn't mention what's the update fix but after reading forum from TW, most of the user found that the battery can last longer and more smooth.

Please be informed that some user in TW after upgrade to the latest firmware the device "die"!!!! (mainly those that haven't change the MB)

I'm using the TW firmware and i face the reboot problem occasionally. I also 'lose out' on a few GB due to the garmin maps partition. Should i revert back to the Starhub or WWE firmware? Any ideas?

Between Starhub and WWE, I'll suggest WWE but you will not be prompted with any OTA updates anymore

I understand the pain, since Asus had announce, just send your phone to the RC and get the MB changed and get them to update to the latest firmware...
