Went Asus service center, ask them to flask firmware to wwe they say all firmware is starhub cause mine is starhub set. Is Asus able to downgrade to 10.4.16.8 from 10.4.17.7?

they should be able to but it is a full wipe of your data. I ever enquired the same thing and they told me to bring my set over.

Hi all,
new to this phone as i bought refurbished from pcdreams.

when i connect to to PC, it only shows internal storage. i cant find the internal memory. I want to transfer my backup chat logs of whatsapp from my old phone to the padfone2 but i cant find the folders . however, if i were to use the file manager on the phone, i can access it.

padfone2 doesnt seem to be as friendly as the other phones. my batterbot pro keeps closing by itself. doesnt happen to my china phones nor s3 .

You need to trigger mediascan so that you can see the folder on your PC.

You can either download an app to do it or restart your phone

my friend infinity got this wired issue, when keying, it skip or wrong character...when in setting to change the fonts...unable to select..

for eg to select small fonts it skip.

the display screen automatic rotate.

Anyone knows if any 3rd party shops repair the Padfone 2? Mine is bricked suddenly - cant even power on. No more warranty, and Asus is charging a fee for even checking what is wrong
