Asus RT-N56U VLAN ID settings to use Own Router + Voice on M1

Sorry for digging up up old thread but can someone help me with my n56u..

I'm using the black ont...

Tried switching both off then turn on ont first...

Since I'm using the black ont and dun have the hg256... I dun need isp profile right? Anyway I also tried with isp profile doesn't work...

My old/current router works.. jus plug & play... a linksys e1200...

Have you tried a full reset? That usually works. The router setup will prompt you every step of the way. The only things you need to type in are the wireless ssid and passwords. The rest all click ok or next.

Whether or not isp profile is required depends on the M1 backend config. I'm also using the black ont + n56u but I need to select the M1-fiber profile because mine was previously set up for black ont + hg256.

Too lazy to call up and ask for change, and I don't know if the change can be effected immediately. Does anyone know how long?
