ASUS ZenFone 2 Laser has less?

Got a ZenFone 2 ZE550ML in April. Was about to throw it away and buy the ZE550KL Laser until I saw the small print. The new Laser phone does not operate in the 1700MHz AWS Band 4! Am I seeing wrongly? Can someone confirm?
