Reporting from incheon. Its quite cooling but wear jacket still can perspire abit.

How's the weather and temperature there now?

Is weather very cold? Google said 14degree today.

after sunrise: around 15 degrees
noon onwards: around 20 degrees
night time: around 10 degrees

heard from the locals that coming weekend the lowest temp might be close to 0 degrees due to rain and the transition from autumn to winter.

if no wind, its just cooling, a bit like air-con at full blast.
but with wind, its like u entering a industrial fridge that kind of cold.

i went to seoul tower on a windy night and was shivering even though i wore 2 thick layers. so recommend to wear those thin windbreaker to prevent the chilling winds from entering.

is there any autumn foliage currently in seoul or ts seen anywhere, i will be departing in 2 days time

Its everywhere. Nami island especially.

i just went to nami island a couple of days ago and the autumn foliage were only a handful.
i saw lots of greens. only a couple of yellows/reds.
ratio is like 60% greens, 25% yellows, 15% reds.

heard locals saying it was delayed by 1 week compared to the forecast.
but who knows, maybe it peaked after i left.

i see, thank you for the explaination on your personal view.

For me, i feel one should go for the whole DMZ tour to get to totally feel the isolation between North and South.

The 3rd tunnel walk, train station to North and others are worth to go.

There will be indication on the place of visit when you sign up for DMZ/JSA tour, most of them have JSA listed

the pure DMZ tour i agree will be boring if not one is not history buff.

I am curious which agency you sign up that provide only JSA tour.

i looked at my literary also included the above u mentioned lol, under koridoor....

always online. at least u can google translate if don't understand korean. and surely u will be able to get tickets online. last minute walk in, you might not be able to purchase tickets due to all being sold out. then u will be stuck and wait for hours for the next available train.

There is another way to get a discounted ticket, KORAIL pass.

How the situation down there. Saw the news people are rallying and protest.

Apparently is a normal weekend thing to do there. If the protest during weekday, thats the one to avoid.
