[Starhub] Do not have a dedicated portal for Premium Rate Services Barring.
Only managed to find an article at their 'forum' page and a user's post on how to bar it (postpaid).The url 'http://www.starhub.com/support/mobile/mobileservicestatistics/premiumrateservicesbarring.html' is not working !!!
