Would you guys recommend Audioengine 2+ or is there any better speakers around the SGD300 price range?

Audioengine IMO the A5+ are worth the buy. For 300 and below, I'd suggest Q-accoustic QA3018. There's also Polk Audio but i'm not sure if they're here locally.

I like the small size, in fact I will buy cos its the only high end speaker for that compact size. If size not a problem, Presonus Eris would have been a better choice.

For the price of the Eris might as well get Yamaha HS5 or M-audio AV30s.

what make local better.....of coz warranty it is covered locally less fuss...if u buy taobao u need to send back there or international agent
