auto correct bar missing

recently type message have the auto correct bar. but today it change back to the old style auto correct. anyone know how to add back?

Select English as language
Tap on the globe, then make sure prediction is turned on

You mean the predictive text input by Apple right? If so, you can push it back up from the line above the keyboard.

While in English keyboard, Press and hold the globe, slide up all the way to the first option then let go.
