Auto Shutdown / Power button blinking

Hi,

Need some help here. Recently i have very frequent auto shutdowns even when its idle, sometimes the power button just blink and i cant power on my pc again until i switch off and on the main eletrical power.

I checked my logs and it shows eventid 41.

I suspect its my psu but when i touch my casing its pretty hot. Any gurus can shed me some light? Please tell me its not the mobo.
