How I wish I can get to know u guys in real life who show similar passion and enthusiasm in property investment. You guys remind me of my younger days, visit SF every weekend, constantly looking for good bargains etc. I reckon we will have endless things to share.

It be nice to be able to view all showflat and compare the pros and cons. Increasingly, showflat are getting more attas.

What u said was true.
In my younger days, due to lack of funds (just started work not too Long) and if I happened to chance upon a good project at good price, I will “combine force” with my sibling/Cousin to invest together.
Yes, start small, then keep rolling.

Or "combine force" with parents, hoot their sole property and return one "under their name" at a much later stage, knowing that you will get it back after they rest, through inheritance. :s8: Nicely done. Good planning. Not everyone will think about this idea. Some prefer to be independent and rely on their own capabilities. :)

Why expose your Annetyu identity so easily when u hide it so well with your new hardyzoner identity? :D

All it takes is just a little trick for me to make a simple comment here to expose u again : D
Can see your grudges against me is relentless haha.

So how many clone accounts do u have on top of annetyu, cholee and hardyzoner?
:s13::s13:

Hopefully mod can do something.

This is not at all important. This is just an online forum, who cares about who is who. We do not know anyone's true identities either.

Do not avoid the main issue that you took advantage of your parents. So stop acting all great and don't teach the young wrong things. I hope 1993newbie does not learn to be as scheming as you.

Haha, exposing your true identity is the most satisfying thing here more than other things else.
You too embarrass to use back your annetyu identity or is it your annetyu account too smelly already after trolling everyone here? Why so sneaky creating so many clone accounts? Want to talk about integrity? At least I’m still using my one and only account to talk to u here. :D

Annetyu is still banned if I am not wrong. You should have checked since you missed her so much.

Come on Ni, don't avoid your problem as usual and self-proclaim winner in all arguments.

ADmit it, the reason why you even transferred back a property to your parents is because you want to save on ABSD! Sorry to expose you Ni... my apologies. If only you were a real nice person, I wouldn't need to expose you.

Since my Mission of exposing your identity has accomplished, there’s no need for me to feed a troll anymore. Haha. U can continue to enjoy trolling in this forum and do what u do best, such as attack others, continue to camp here, talk down property, pass toxic remarks on others and eventually get banned again. This vicious cycle will continue on and on and all I need is a packet of pop corn watching you how u embarrass yourself again and again.

Cheers, not feeding a troll anymore..
Enjoy your day :D

An article written few years back.

“If you like a peek into a crystal ball, other “missing stations” are Canberra (NS12), Bukit Brown (CC18), and the unofficially named Kampung Bahru (NE2) and Sungei Kadut (NS6).”

https://thesmartlocal.com/read/mrt-history-singapore/

If Kampung Bahru (NE2) does materialise in the near future in anticipation for the greater southern waterfront development, that’s good news for Avenue South. 😉

Thanks bros for the words of encouragement. I’m here to listen to views and share whatever property knowledge too. Nice to hear from other opinions too.

Yup, will slowly climb the property ladder. Slowly but surely.

Does this sounds familiar since 2015? The missing NS12 Canberra station in between Yishun and Sembawang mrt station.

I think your Guess has a pretty high chance.

High chance for a NE2 station to bridge the gap between Outram Park to Harbourfront. The distance between this two station is too far, whereby typically the stations between two stations are relatively near?

Perhaps when the GSW is in progress, this station would spring up.

However, this may mean higher price for the Avenue South project. I see some reports stating prices from 8xxk but some from 9xxk, shall wait and see.
