It's upto 18 years of age for the child on the condition that both parents are insured with aviva myShield. Has it changed?

Now only first 6mths cover up to 50k. Subsequently discount for kids if both parents covered

hi bro aviva now has changed to discount for premiums for children no longer free

Up to 4 children get discounted coverage for myshield and myhealthplus up to 21anb if both parents are myshield customers.

Means now you'll have to pay the Medisave component but the PMI component is waived. Additional rider is at discounted rate.

Based on my last check, if you're on Option A rider it's fine. If you're on Option C rider, there are other companies providing better values.

Aviva is going to revise their policy soon.
