AXA Quick Saver - 3 Years Guaranteed 2.5% per annum compounded

AXA has just launched a 3 years limited time saving plan that gives a guaranteed 2.5% compound interest per year (107.68% after 3 years) *T&C applies though

It is similar as per what GE and AIA has launched previously. Heard the plan will close once the maximum trench is hit, usually quite fast.

Will people chiong to get?

"con", must buy a regular policy to get this! waste my time to google for info!

This plan is available on a limited tranche basis only, upon purchase of new Selected AXA Regular Premium Plans. The maximum premium amount allowed on this plan depends on the premium amount of the Selected AXA Regular Premium Plan that you have purchased as part of this bundle offer, up to a maximum of $200,000 per policy. The payment mode for the Selected AXA Regular Premium Plan has to be in annual mode. Application and payment made for this plan does not guarantee acceptance by the Company. Reduction of premium of the selected AXA Regular Premium plan (due to reduction in sum assured, deletion of riders and reduction of premium) before inception will result in a proportionate reduction of maximum eligible premium for AXA Quick Saver, and the excess premium will be refunded without interest. The Company reserves the right to withdraw this plan earlier, reject applications, whenever the tranche limit is reached or any criteria is not met, without prior notice. The Company also reserves the right to cancel this plan after inception, if the Selected AXA Regular Premium Plan is not incepted. The single premium will be cancelled and refunded, without interest.

this is endowment?

More like fixed deposit.

Sadly one catch is the need to bundle with their RP product. But will be good for people who are looking to get additional plan, or get something for his family member and tag along for this "fixed deposit".

Typical agent.. Knew about the catch but didn't post it together in first post until people pointed it out.

So no, this is nowhere near similar to what GE and AIA launched previously as theirs got no need to buy a RP.

AIA DO need to bundle with a new plan

For those that no need to bundle, you will realise that the interest rate is lower, and don't think they are compound interest for the 3 years.
