Hi there, I have the below connected.

1 x HL129EP
1 x HL115EP

They seem to be able to be paired. But there is no Internet activity light on, and I cannot get access thru the ethernet lan port.

Do they need to be same model to work? Or this should be OK? I got them separately.

Tried to reset them multiple times.

Could it be the singnet that is not working?

I am connected thru the WiFi, and the lan from the modem is working on the same singnet network.

Just the powerline lan doesn't seem to be working.

Need help!!!!

Thanks!

clearly your homeplugs are not paired correctly
Download the Asstak tool/install it and set a custom private network name

https://www.aztech.com/country/singapore/categories/aztech-datacom/homeplug/hl129ep

Under the Private Network Name

ftp://ftp.aztech.com/support/SINGAPORE/HomePlug/HL110EW User Manual v1.0.pdf

go to 29 that will tell u how to set a private network correctly.

never use the Quick/Connect /Pair button on the HomePlugs, they are not secure and others can tap into your network !

READ again.

use the Tool to set the Network Name, do Not use the buttons

1. they are not secure
2. they don't always work
3. its not working because your block has other units unsing powerline also, and you might not be in the correct network. ( other unit's network)

1. only connect Homeplug 1 to your PC ( Remove the Rest)
2. set the Network Name and hit Apply ( leave the box unchecked)
3. repeat step 1 and 2 for your 2nd HomePlug

can he apply 1 at a time? eg apply network name to 1 homeplug 1st, then remove & bring the other homeplug here to apply same network name?
after both applied, then put back original location, test if connected?

that is a simple way, he does not even know how to apply the homeplug remotely correctly
