Accessories I doubt need $500 if you are talking about Monitor 24" or so 1080P + Keyboard + Mouse.

Rather you up your rig budget to $1300-1400 if possible. Much more performance to squeeze out. $1200 budget a bit hard to get it run AAA games like Witcher 3.

totally possible to get $1200 to run AAA games. a gtx 1060 with hairworks off will do the trick.

The budget so squeezy you need to down the graphic for sure in order to play AAA titles. You won't be able to get gtx 1070 as well. If you shoot up your budget to 1.5k while accessories at 200 bucks will do. You don't need power expensive gear to play games.

That is 1.5k cpu 200 for screen, speakers, keyboard and mouse.

The budget so squeezy you need to down the graphic for sure in order to play AAA titles. You won't be able to get gtx 1070 as well. If you shoot up your budget to 1.5k while accessories at 200 bucks will do. You don't need power expensive gear to play games.

Depends on your budget. Nobody can really tell u what to do. If u want to enjoy gaming for the next couple of years, a 1060 will do. But for future proofing wise, a 1070 is better.

The reason why people say 1070 and they have it is because of the recent promo that made 1070s cheaper than 1060s. U just missed the promo.

But if I am u, squeeze a 1070 in. Compromise on the psu, casing, mobo. Because the 1070 is worth it. Don't be stingy on cpu.

all this stands @ 1255 without the ssd and hdd which i think u can get easily to hit 1500 (I am pretty lazy to do this). thing is, now with not much promotions going on (black friday is over, no good coupons to use), I can't really stretch that dollar to get more out of everything.

ram and mobo+cpu i get from pcthemes. if only u were a couple of weeks earlier...
don't take it as a final quote, use this as a guide on what prices to expect per component. i am sure there's more room to stretching the dollar.

the cheapest one that u can buy. frankly, i dun even understand why people want something more than a h110 other than oc (z mobos), more pcie slots, m.2 support (the asus h110-A/m.2 https://www.asus.com/sg/Motherboards/H110M-A-M-2/ has that), more sata ports and maybe usb 3.1 ports. the casual user doesn't even need those, in fact u won't even use all of your mobo's functions.

i recommend anyone building a new rig to look at this list https://www.pugetsystems.com/labs/articles/Z170-H170-H110-B170-Q150-Q170---What-is-the-Difference-635/to compare. buy things that u need, not things that u think u will use in the future unless u are absolutely sure.
