I got a feeling there would be a price hike for the next-gen iPad Pro with the A14z chip.

Since the iPad Air is excluded from the AirPods promo, that makes the iPad Pro 11" 128GB a more attractive buy than the Air. iPad Air 256GB and iPad Pro 11" 128GB price difference is too narrow.

certainly more worth to buy ipad pro instead of ipad air.

Maybe you can get a slightly lower price for the Mac/iPad itself on Lazada Mall during 10.10. But I dont think we can ever come across a deal where we can get free airpods with a Mac/iPad purchase outside of Apple themselves.

No, please don't show anyone the credit card. It doesn't matter who pays the product. What matters is the recipient name must be a student. I've just went to Apple MBS for pickup (also for the back to school promo) and the staff just asked me for my name and the pickup information email. After taking out the items from their storeroom, you would be required to present your student card. This is just for visual inspection, they need to match your face with the one on the card. They didn't ask for my IC.

They will check the expiry date of the student card in store. If it's a doorstep delivery purchase, a rep may ask for a scanned pdf copy of your student card 3 working days after order have been made.

If you're heading to the apple store, you must bring your relative with you. The apple staff will need to do a quick visual comparison of his/her student ID picture with the actual student's face, and also the institution and the card's expiry date. However, you can make your purchase using your own credit card.
