Back up and restore android phone

Recently got a new phone to replace my dying xiaomi RMN3. Anyone knows what's the best way to back up my phone and transfer to my new phone without root?

U are talking about backup everything of just those impt stuff?

Next if u bought another mi phone. U can use mi mover to help u transfer to anpther phone.

Back up as much as possible lor. Not using mi phone already

Contacts - Google contacts
Pictures - upload full resolution to Google photos (takes up Gdrive storage, so use a mule account) or unlimited photos (at reduced resolution)
Files - Gdrive

Some phones able to do direct link n transfer..

1) For rooted phones , the undisputed king is Titanium Backup (TB) . This is reason enough to root yr android.

2) For non rooted phones , can try Helium.
But still not as good as TB
