Backing up using iCloud?

Hi all,

Would appreciate your help to let me know how to backup iPhone contacts, SMS messages and WhatsApp messages
without backing up those apps and games apps.

As i have backup using iCloud thus, how do I avoid backing up apps instead?

You turn on icloud backup first... den you would have option to turn off the apps that you do not wish to be backed up by icloud...
