Backpacking Indochina

Hi, Has anyone tried backpacking the whole indochina? I was thinking if three weeks is sufficient.

My plan is to fly from Singapore to Vietnam then by land transport travel from Vietnam -> Cambodia -> Laos -> Myanmar -> Thailand , from Thailand I may be doing a day of shopping before flying back to Singapore

Need advice, appreciate it :)
