I am very disappointed with the furniture shop called OM in Singapore. I had purchased a leather sofa from them early this year and it started flaking after one month of use. Very poor quality for the price I had paid. It took more than 6 months to get a refund from them after much complaints and chase. After threatening several times with going to Case, they only gave me back partial refund. I will never want to patronize them again. Lousy quality and service.
