i got the best rate at a money changer near MBK, just opp. MBK. easily thrash the exchange rate in singapore. Looking at exchange rate from yahoo, singapore best money changer is -0.2 from the exchange rate while the rate i got from the shop near mbk is -0.1 only.

just cross the bridge from mbk, then there is this small 3-4 storey high shop houses, got 1 exchange rate shop =)

If i go during early evening, will they still be opened? Wonder if i should just change most of my thai baht there? Maybe change SGD$100 in singapore first.

i think if its opp mbk..muz be bonanza mall...ard the area is called siam square..few money changers can find one..but if ard 7pm local time dark ardy maybe shop closed coz its bkk is 1hr behind sg

I just came back from People's park chinatown... regardless how much you change.. max they willing to go = 23.7
