That was yesterday's rate and in wholesale amount 1 million baht.
You can get it at large money changers such as mustafa who are doing wholesale supply to other money changers & big investors.

Today, Singapore Dollars fall alot. Can not get already.

I have 185k Thb for sale at 23.1. Pretty good rate I would say

I will sell big quantities only, not the few hundred Sing dollars type.

Well some pple can always get very gd rates and its usually only valid the time they post. The very next day, no more. Also don't know why and if the rate is true.
Lately don't seem to be any gd, neighbourhood changer are doing like 22.6 or 22.7.. Think mustafa is around 22.78 or so.
I still have some left if any1 wants smaller amount not more than 10k baht. For 22.9 as last posted.

Anybody can go to mustafa now and buy at 22.94

It's ridiculous to use future rates (21-Nov) to comment on a dated post (20-Nov).

I managed to make 1% profit yesterday, money changer offered to buy THB from me 22.83

Bought 23.07 and sold at 22.83

Tonight THB starts to fall back again, investors can wait it to fall further before buy back again!

Yup, s330063.

Based on my check just now, Singapore Money Changers are selling THB at about 22.73 to 22.78 and buying THB at 22.86 to 22.88 as at 12:30pm today.
