Yes, december will be colder, but can be wet rainy

Read somewhere that Bandung's rainy season is from Oct - May. When I went 2 weeks ago, it's cooler than Singapore at night and when you're at the mountains.

There wasn't much rain when I was there. Only slight rain when I was going to the airport. The tour guide I was with mentioned that the rainy season getting slightly later due to the climate change etc.
