it happen to me in august. 3 Hours in total for Immigration + taxi jam all the way home.

Walking past, I could see all counters were open. I went thru Fast Track using my ABTC card. Two pax b4 me. I think arriving past 8 pm is better than daytime. Don't remember seeing such Qs.

got two immigrations ...
sometimes the further one lesser ppl by 15%
still need to queue up

just like jb, some immigration counter have 2 person working ...
some oni 2 counters, but oni 1 counter open ...
so know where to queue up lol...

also encounter full long queue, queue until outside the lane when going bkk in sept. however 35min settled liao

Can queue...just side track abit for informative purpose, Bali also has asean queue which Singaporean can queue also. 2mins settled.

oni rmb arrival area, hardly see ppl queue there ...
even for singapoeans, they also queue at the main queue ....
togehter with ang mohs also ...

For dept area, have queued at the asean lane, however, ang moh and people from other countries , see queue also joined lol...

last yr touch down 7pm, the asean queue also very long and only 1-2 counter, so might not really be faster.
