Does anyone have experience with credit card chargeback ah? Goods purchased got defect/damage.
Bought goods from aliexpress, arrived damaged. try to settle with seller but platform window closed while waiting. That one is I stupid, should straightaway dispute on Aliexpress webpage. Aliexpress refuse to entertain.
Read online people managed to get chargebacks if AliExpress fk them over. So I try to call the dbs and try lo since I paid using their cc.
Call dbs, they outside say anything is between you and the platform. We cannot do anything here, no chargebacks.
Is it all banks in Singapore are like this? Defective goods is between you and the selling platform, they will not lift a finger to help.
