Do you know what is horumon? ホルモン?
Horumon is basically the innards and the other usually uneaten part of the livestock, the guts and the organs. This is usually yakiniku style and they will have a charcoal stove at your table to cook your marinated meat.
Horumon in Japan is an acquired taste. I have spoken to a few Japanese and they all told me they have never tried it themselves.
