I went for harris 3d2n honeymoon package in may. comes with massage and couple spa. cost around 180sgd per pax. Mine is during weekdays. Weekend will definitely cost a bit more.

I personally think the massage at harris not superb. so so nia. may wan try the isabella that many ppl recommend.

Gd thing for harris is if you staying at harris, no need to travel to go for spa etc.

I went Isabella before, quality and very polite service and One of the cheapest in Batam compare to spa in Batam hotels and Nagoya area.

Free 2 way transport by car and 3 Hours Spa Package for 2 person in a Couple Suite under $150 not cheap? Are you mistaken or have you done research or know the market price???

Here is my experience, we went to batam 2 years ago and been researching for good spa but end up finding many hotel's spa are over priced, then we went to Nagoya district to walk around and found a bunch of Spas centers. We went to each of them and they are quite hard selling. Their packages are cheaper than in SG but still find it pretty expensive then we came across Isabella Massage House. We went in and see the place after asking for the price. It was clean and tidy.

The price they offered were consider best of what we found. We wonder if their skills and services can make it. Surprisingly they did a great job and we experienced wonderful 3 hours there. Over that time though one of the air con on the wall were dripping water but it does not effect us as the therapist put a towel under it so the drip won't bother us, and the room is still cool. The room and bath tub were clean and the place was privately quiet. By the time we finish the treatment, it was 5pm+.

They accept credit cards and will inform us an accurate conversion from rupiah to SGD before leting us decide to take the package or not. After the spa, we felt satisfied,but wonder how we go back to hotel at Holiday Inn. They straight away told us not to worry as they provide free transport service back to any hotel and will go the extra mile to bring us to eating places before to hotel if needed. They also suggest we go for shopping if we want and come back before their spa close. We went shopping and went back to Isabella Massage House at about 9pm. The receiptionst greet us and called the driver to pick us up. After 15mins, we board their car and were send back to hotel.

My ex girlfriend(my current wife) and I were so satisfied after 2 years which is now, we are going back to their Spa this late July.

We spent $106nett for a 3 hours Aroma Massage + full Body scrub + Body mask + Jacuzzi per couple in a couple suite. The cheapest quality Spa I have been to compare to SG/MY/ID.

That is 2 way transportation + 3hr of quality services x 2pax = $106. Mr Alex, which part do you find it not cheap? Malaysia charge $250 and Sg Charge at least $300 for such package.

Well anyway I just got the latest Menu and the price had inflate abit since last 2 years.

Visitors to Batam should watch out for places like Isabella Massage House, where they heavily overprice their products/services and take advantage of tourists. I hope my experience can help you make a better choice and plan for a better trip.

I made this parlour a must-visit on my list, after reading online reviews. Please do not make the same mistake I did. I intend to put this on various sites so more people know.

I paid 340.000IDR (42SGD) for a 1.5hr foot, hand and shoulder reflexology per person. It was my partner and I, so that's a whopping 84SGD! The massage itself, I felt only rates a 7/10. You can find cheaper, better massages in Singapore.

I called Isabella Massage House from my hotel and their free shuttle picked me up in 20mins. Awesome! When we got there, 4-5 ladies came out to greet us, but I was shocked to see the price list. Still, I went ahead with it. The reviews can't be that off, right? Also I had taken their transport there; I felt bad to back out.

The lady at the counter was pushy with the 990.000IDR (125SGD) 3hr couple massage, but I wasn't prepared to spend so much. I was eyeing the 4 hand 2 person massage, but it costs 570.000IDR (70SGD) for 1.5hrs. Ridiculous! So I chose the cheapest and shortest. Immediately their faces changed. It was my last day in Batam; based n reviews I set aside only 500.000IDR for massage. While we rummaged our wallets for cash, the ladies gave us a dirty look. I apologised and told them tactfully I had seen a different price list online.

My partner and I were put in a room where the air conditioning wasn't working properly. Even the masseuses commented on the temperature. They were pretty skilled but the whole time, I could hardly breathe in the stuffy room and kept thinking how I was so blatantly ripped off.

After the massage, I walked to Eska where the counter lady greeted me warmly. I told her I just had a massage and wanted to see prices and still smiling, she gave me a brochure with their complete price list, telling me I could keep it and come another time. A 4 hand 2 person massage starts from 1hr at only 160.000IDR (21SGD).

I should have just paid Isabella for the 5min taxi ride and hopped down to Eska for a better experience.
