any bro knows of any QC3 battery banks which supports QC3.0 for both input/output

Xiaomi 10000 Pro, ZMI 20000 both QC3.0 and USB PD

Edit:
Only ZMI has USB PD. It was typo on my part. Now using a Tronsmart 48w dual USB C QC3.0 and USB PD with ZMI 20000 and Tronsmart 10400 power bank
