If I may add, i just upgraded from a 3770k to a 4770k ( because my gene mobo up lorry ), I got a really nice bump in fps. ( with the 4770k getting a lower overclock ). On ultra with 4x msaa, FPS used to dip to 40 often now it doesnt go below 60 with highs of 120+, hovering around 70-80 most of the time.

Hopefully, after the actual game is launched, will get better framerates ( but secretly hoping it doesnt, then will have an excuse to go for SLI :D)

currently getting around 43fps with my setup on max settings... think not going to SLI as planned as 40+ to me is still ok lah.. no need 60fps since during battle no time to care about framerate :D

Edited. Don't think got 1980 monitor right? If got budget can just get TS to upgrade to 760. CPU doesn't necessarily needs to be changed.

Thanks for the correction. Typo error.

Yes you probably wanna let go that 19inch monitor and get something at 1920 x 1080.

Gfx card 6950 then should be able to go some mid some high settings.

If you don't find the performance good enough then probably upgrade to gtx760 loh.

But take note now gtx760 to be smooth needs to turn off AA to enjoy between 45fps to 65fps all at ultra.

The beta is not optimized. Last night I decided to have a go at it, after 2 hours my GPU0 stay idle @ 33c whereas GPU1 hit 89c with clock speed fully max out @ 5760x1080. I believe after official launch, things like this will be sorted.

Really. I compared bf3 and bf4. The difference is noticeable. Maybe beta that's why like that.

I think for your case is a clear indication that the beta is not optimized yet ( or wateva that means ) coz yr specs esp w 7970 xfire is beastly

Finally the current patch is awesome. Run pretty smooth on GTX760. Around 55fps to 70fps on Ultra no AA. 2xMSAA getting between 45fps to 61fps. 4xMSAA getting between 39fps to 50fps.

Final patch is which one? Btw, how to fully and cleanly remove old drivers?

The best way is to uninstall via device manager. After which go to the sub folder and delete whatever remains in the local drive.

Final patch is the yesterday last night. Think might have some more updates ba. There are still some buggy things left unfix yet.

There is another patch newer than 331.40? Just tried playing a bit, getting 90+fps average.. sometimes it will dip till 30+

Why cannot? The first time when beta was release it can run on Ultra no AA.

Now with patch at least can run 2xMSAA lol. I think the full release shouldnt be a problem. But yet i want my SLI soon.

Right click on desktop to enter Nvidia Control panel, at bottom left, click on system information ... Will show driver number. But so far, i see from nvidia website, 331.40 is latest.
