Responsibilities:
To be responsible for the design and layout of all communications tools (Print, Digital, Social Media) including:catalogue, product brochures, power point presentation, product reference guides, pest control guides, product manual/catalogues, internet Web sites and selected news items, industry and internal newsletters, script for videos, training materials)
To support East Asia Pacific external and internal communication
External: to support maintenance of South East Asia countries websites
Internal: to maintain documents library organized on East Asia Pacific Sharepoint (products shoots library, photo library, communication tools library, catalogues, guidelines, etc.) and to promote the usage of Sharepoint and tools provided with the countries.
To ensure the design and layout adheres to the Bayer Environmental Science Brand Architecture guidelines(communication material and product labels)
To support Brand Architecture introduction in East Asia Pacific teams
Share and communicate Brand Architecture guidelines and template to EAP countries
Monitor and support implementation of Brand Architecture on labels/communication materials for each country group level
