BCM, I think the default is black sauce/black vinegar (chili yes). If you do not want chili, it is the ketchup/no black vinegar (thats what my father's order). the white one, fwah, how to eat? Its just mee pok with minced pork. no dark sauce, no vinegar, no chili, no ketchup, i suppose they will still give u oil (lard) and meat sauce.
