Beating the red light camera

Ok. Hear me out before you lads judge.

Mine was at Victoria St by Rochor Road towards Lavender St.

I cross the white line with my back wheels just as it turned red.

Here's the thing, the car in front of me stopped and I am in the middle of the intersection and waiting for the car to move forward, so I am trying not to be in the way of other traffic users from the other side.

I saw two flashes, but I did not beat the red bloody lights, I just happen to be stuck in the middle of the junction and the idiot in front of me in a Beemer did not want to move till I high beamed him and he hesitantly moved forward.

What's the point of putting traffic cameras that snap people who are not the ones blocking the bloody road but just like the pillick in a Beemer, he put me in a spot.

Bloody beemer drivers.

I.see. but I notice there were 2 flashing lights when I drove past. Quite weary about it.

2 flashes becos- 1st flash when your front tyres cross the sensor, and 2nd flash when your rear tyres cross the sensor.

if got install in-car dvr appeal shouldn't be a problem.

advise to those who haven't install, get it done fast.

If the red light camera (new version) is opposite your side, are they able to snap your current side?

Some say only snap the same side as the camera and usually they snap at the back of the car.

Over the weekend sat around midnight 1145pm, I park at admirty mrt just infront the taxi stand to alight my friend to go toliet inside mrt station. I park like 5mins and my friend came back.

We realized there's is camera "enforcement parking camera" which stated no parking or $300 fine n drove off quickly

I've nt yet receive any letter but do you guys think I will be lucky and able to escape with it?

If I kanna fine, if I appeal based on the above. Is it valid enough for waiver?

We realized there's is camera "enforcement parking camera" which stated no parking or $300 fine n drove off quickly

I've nt yet receive any letter but do you guys think I will be lucky and able to escape with it?

they don't fine everyone, but it is your risk to do that again.
i did the same parking somewhere else. not fined either. but you never know the next time.

The traffic mata will look at the photo to determine whether you beat the Red light boh.... it is usually a series of photo..... if there is no indication you beat the red light, no summon.... just like driver drive inside bus lane.... the fella need to "prove" that the car has travel a certain distance in the bus lane before they can summon.... you go in come out, they cannot summon.....

mine stronger case cause i really waiting for people to come down and first offense.

Nowadays is fine first and appeal later.

Was waiting in car with engine on. Cisco motor come, the guy stop motor and approach my direction, I wave at him and drive off. Summon letter still come. Got to write in for them to waive the fine. Imagine for those uncle whose English no good one, or those who can't remember what happen one or those who trust that enforcement officers are trained to do their job well let lta eat $70 for nothing
