Some pple prefer to snack a bit, some will just exercise with an empty stomach.
I have done both before.
I usually snack on almonds or if a slice of bread (if I did not eat any carbs for that day) and a cup of kopi O kosong gaooooooosss
Anyway, just experiment around. Different pple got different preference.
