Hi, guy I always fascinated with china history especially after watching a drama called 步步惊心 it make me feel like going to Forbidden city myself to feel myself there. Question where can I stay in Wangfujing hotel that near the subway station budget $80-$100 per day, where I can purchase a Sim card with data that last for 9 days, mostly use for Whatapp message and Whatapp call any advise is appreciated

You don't have to stay near the palace or Wangfujing. You can stay along or within Line 2.
