You can walk up to the hotel to ask for their pricing, usually just a hotspring area and a cold water (depend). If price not right, just go another hotel and ask.

Service quite good. There be ladies standing at the driveway wearing kimono they all bow together and greet you.

While collecting the key they will have a staff which will show you to the room and go thru all the details. There is kimono in the room as well.
