Hi all, I intend to get this. Do you guys know where is the best place to get it.
I see that Lazada sells them but I am abit concern on return policy ...
These monitor might suffers from uniformity issues. Some retailers might not entertain returns. And some retailers send u sets that are returned by other customers....

Any suggestion where to get the monitor from ? Where the return policy is slacker ...
Or any reputable shops to get the LCD.

Lazada is one of the safest place to buy things, with their return policies and customer service response.. you can call their helpdesk and you will always be able to get someone.

not sure about other people's experience though.

Tech dynamics reliable?
If things spoilt I quite sure lazada will settle it.. But if panel lighting is uneven .. This one is debatable .. Like it have 1 dead pixel .. This one also debatable ..
Best is if there is a place I can view and test before I take home the panel.

Tech Dynamic is one of the local distros in Singapore. Mostly, certain brand of products being sold at shops come from them. But right now, they are also doing direct selling to consumers instead of dealing with Business to Business where they'll only sell to shops that buy in bulk.
Their office is located in Bedok at Chai Chee area.
If there's any issues, you can call them up and they'll ask you to come down to their office in an instant if need be.

So by buying directly from a Distro, wouldn't that make it more convenient and giving you the assurance that you'll have a direct line to exchange a spoilt product with during your warranty period?

People missing TS's question.

There are things that are not covered by warranty. And TS wants to test before handing money over.

Noted with thanks.
TS can therefore contact distro directly to enquire before making a purchase on their Lazada page.
Don't worry. They are quite friendly and very responsive to your queries.

They are open from Mondays to Fridays. So can call them up during that period of time. Even if you buy it on Lazada now, the delivery can only be made on Monday too. So why not call them up in the morning to enquire first before ordering it.
