Best camera android phone (outside Samsung)

Hi guys,

Wanted to get a new phone - my requirement is it needs to have a great camera for taking photos and videos.

Last used a Samsung S22 Ultra until the dreaded green lines appear and I am forced to get a new phone.

Any recommendations on which phone to get outside Samsung that has a great camera?

there is no "best" camera, a lot depends on your usage scenario and preference for colour science

Photos very subjective, depends on invidual's preference. I suggest to go look at every camera comparison of " S22 ultra vs _____ " on youtube and buy whichever phone that you take a liking to.

ZTE z60 ultra... Freaking good portrait camera.. Freaking good ultra wide.. So far I only hear praises from ppl I show them the pic.. All ask me what phone it is.. Now I using Z70 ultra.. Good but the ultra wide not as tok Kong.

The photo quality n color is not overly processed.. Very natural and nice.. So much better then iphone n Samsung lousy phones

Samsung only have comparable main cam, but shutter speed lag is a problem

In your opinion what is the one camera phone that you will recommend getting?

I'm only using a midrange Realme 13 pro+ since my cpu requirement isn't high and it's camera+zoom punches way above it's weight which is the perfect combination for me

Vivo X200 Pro is the consensus best camera phone right now, though it has a global release, SG strangely haven't brought that in

Best available to purchase in SG at the moment IMO is Honor Magic7 Pro, launched cheap here but that was the really good early bird bundled offer so may take some time to reach that discounted price again (and 2.2 was just over)

In March-May, best available Globally/Singapore will likely be Xiaomi 15 Ultra. It will be fixing the major problem of a weak zoom camera the last few model(will be using X200 Pro zoom camera, and that's like a 3 tier upgrade from 14 Ultra)
