The best for value sim card gotta be the Promo offer by Starhub in March.

Buy one sim card, get 2gb data and $200 worth of talktime every 3 months for a year.

I paid $15 for the card and have been using it since then. Somemore, there are now 8 roaming data countries can be used from the 2gb data.

No horse run.
