Does anyone knows and can give a helpful advice which is the best handy full frame camera body nowadays with reasonable price? Good in low light with best frame rate/sec around? Anyone can recommend? Thanks...

if u want "handy" then sony rx1ii, but it's almost 5k.
otherwise go for d750, 6d, ard 2k+ without lens

If you want to take pictures of fast action then the mirrorless don't focus quite as fast and reliably as dslrs yet.

It's best to invest more in lenses rather than bodies, it makes a big difference to IQ and lenses depreciate much slower than bodies.
