The amount of hardware that can be shipped from Amazon US is extremely limited so don't bother.

just build a pc for my friend with similar budget. imo, more value and higher performance with better graphics and a ssd included.

Buy and build at Tradepac.

Tradepac offers the cheapest price but newbies have to be aware of their zero after-sales services and ALWAYS check your items before leaving the store. Lastly, don't be swayed to upgrade and buy more expensive components which you don't require.
