Best Hostel for Soc Student

Joining SoC as a freshman in 2020 and wonder which hostel/resident to apply. Ideally, it should be within walking distance from SoC and where most SoC brothers and sisters are residing.

don't stay in hostel if u want good grades.
if you want fun, just pick those hostel near SoC, e.g. eusoff/sheares.

Eusoff, sheares, KR and Temasek are within walking distance. The rest you will probably need to take a bus to SoC.

PGP is a good choice if you only want to stay in school and focus on studies only. Because for halls, you are usually expected to take part in student activities.

Hostel is an experience. So try to live in Eusoff, sheares, KR and Temasek
