I'm looking for a mobile hotspot hardware that isn't Huawei branded. What would be the best one in terms of battery life, LTE bands supported, and other features?

Get the TP-Link M7300. Up to 8 hours usage time with 2000 mAh battery. Supports 150Mbps down and 50Mbps up.
