Anyone tried SunnyHills at Raffles Hotel before?

I love sunny hills. Placed orders for coming new year . You may visit them, they are serving one piece free pineapple cake and oolong tea. No purchase required.

I just ordered the pineapple tarts from Le Cafe at Middle Road this evening. They still accept orders at $21.20 per bottle. Min. order is 5 orders right now, but they will not be making coffee cookies till after CNY.

I just bought 3 big bottle of pineapple tarts today 3pm at Le Cafe at Veresamy road.

1 big bottle contain 20 and cost $20.20. Paid $60.60 for 3 big bottle

I had pineapple tarts from Prima Deli. They were good to taste and not so sweet too.

I just tasted my colleague's tarts. My sis say as good as LE cafe. Size is abit smaller so really can pop into the mouth easily. I must say it's pretty damn good. Put blind taste test, I think people won't know the difference or even say hers are from LE.

Not for sale unless know my colleague lor. No shop one. It's easier to eat than LE golfball tarts. My sis said LE one too big. My colleague's one also not overly sweet.

good old LE Confectionery never fails!

frankly speaking, the quality of the pineapple tarts tend to drop during the CNY period as they mass produce or rush out order to meet demand. That includes the good old LE Confectionery that failed me last year, so I will not be buying any during the festive period this time round.

Most pineapple fillings tend to be too sweet. Should be a bit sour IMO. Crust should not be hard but also not disintegrate with one bite.

I'm fussy with tarts which is why I don't bother 'cos very hard to find those I like.
