My mum has been ordering from this stall at sims avenue hawker centre. The name is called' jia' confectionery. They sell those trad type and has a buttery taste. When you order, they actually make fresh for u to collect i na couple of days. The price is reasonable about $14 for the usual small bottle and a lot of variety of other snacks.

Sent from yo ah yo using GAGT

ok, thanks for the recommendation, but too bad too far for me. I stay near Ghim Moh.

Singapore's best pineapple tarts, according to SundayLife!'s panel

ST_20150201_LIFPINE_1028095e.jpg

With Chinese New Year just round the corner, you can find pineapple tarts just about everywhere and every bakery that churns them out is claiming that its tarts are the best. A good pineapple tart should have the perfect balance of buttery crumbly pastry and a sweet yet tangy pineapple jam. SundayLife! went on a hunt for the best pineapple tarts in town by putting a panel of four judges through a blind taste test. We shortlisted 30 brands from a variety of stand-alone bakeries, bakery chains, restaurants and hotels. The selection also took into consideration popular brand names and recommendations from the judges

Best Pineapple Tarts in Singapore

The best pineapple tarts in singapore to me is definitely the ones from Pineapple Tarts Singapore.

I like how their tarts are really melt in the mouth and that the filling is a good mixture of sweet and sour. Many claim their tarts to be melt in the mouth but most are chewy and hard.

I feel Pineapple Tarts Singapore deserve to be at least in the top 5 IMO...

Anyone feel the same?
